You will own the domain you paid for.

All website design services require two advance payments before the website is handed over to the client. The first 50% is required before the development stage the remaining 50% will be due once the website is completed before handover. Full details are on our T&C page.

This depends in what is involved as well as how soon you as a client are able to provide the website content. Standard websites take approximately 2 weeks to design and E-commerce websites (online store) take approximately 3-4 weeks to design. Once we know all the requirements we will send you an email with a realistic end date and payment details. We know that project deadlines are important so we will aim to meet them.

Your input and feedback are important to us. When we begin your project we will issue you with a standard Q&A document for you to return, this will help us to understand what your requirements are exactly.

No we do not provide this service.

E-commerce websites are designed on a platform that allows for products and/or services to be bought by a customer with an integrated shopping cart and its functions details are on the pricing page.

When we design your website, we will build in all the features you want, including an email sign-up form. What you will need is an email marketing platform such as Mailchimp. As you’re collecting customer’s private data it is best to get a secure and reliable third party service. We can set this up for you, however, these services do charge as well unless you only want the basic package.

Yes we are able to integrate most third party apps to your website.

We will quote and agree a fixed price with you in advance before any work can commence. The only time we would charge any additional fees is if our client requires new pages, additional information or features for the website after work has commenced, these will need to be paid upfront.

We do not offer free hosting.

 Our aim is to design a website that you are completely happy with, we will work closely with you to ensure this is done to your satisfaction. 

Everything we design will be 100% owned by you, all we ask is the right to post screenshots of your site in our portfolio.

Yes. Every website we build are mobile-friendly. The method we use to achieve this is known as responsive web design, this is a technique used to build a website that adapts its layout to fit the size of any device being used such as smartphones and tablets etc.

This depends on how much information you want to be displayed on your E-commerce website. If you have a lot of products and services, then it will be helpful to have a database built into your design. If a database is recommended we will explain how it will work. We will customise your website design to suit your specific requirements.

Yes. A lot of our clients require ongoing maintenance and support which includes general assistance using our content management system, updates when required, security scanning and website backups – Please view our Website maintenance or T&C page for full details.

Yes. Search engine optimisation is an important feature of a business because it’s used to increase a website’s position on search engine results pages such as Google etc. The actions you take to optimise your site will have a direct effect on your SEO ranking.
